Natasha has 17 years of experience in the field of teaching in the wellness industry, corporate world and media. A certified Yoga therapist and trained in trauma-informed recovery, her goal is to work together with people towards a grounded, hands-on and practical path to their wellbeing. She swears by the life-altering strength and resilience of the human mind and spirit, and uses mind-body techniques to help people feel safe in their body and strong at heart. Her work is holistic, person centered and solution oriented.

Natasha has trained dignitaries such as His Excellency, Former Prime Minister of Bhutan, Hon. Tshering Tobgay. She has also consistently worked with actors and artists for major Bollywood projects, training them on skill sets required for their personal and character development.
