Yoga workshops

These workshops are aimed at improving overall physical health, reducing high stress levels, promoting blood circulation, reducing neck and back strain, carpal tunnel syndrome, sleep disorders and other work-related physical ailments.

On a mind-body level, these specifically curated sessions take the participants through an arc of personal cleansing, simplifying, awakening and stilling for the body, mind and heart. The classes usually combine breathwork, asana practice, restorative stretches and relaxation techniques. They can be tailored as required.
